
CONDITIONING AND FLEXIBILITY (age 7+)
Through a pilates based approach, dancers will build strength, stamina and flexibility to enhance their technique in all genres. Open to competitive team members only or by permission.
ATTIRE:
Bodysuit (any style and colour)
Sansha T99 tights (camel)
Booty shorts optional (any colour)
Bare feet
*ivivva style dance wear acceptable i.e.) leggings and tight fitting tank
