We are now offering a wide variety of Adult classes! Register for one, or more of the below classes that will keep you in shape – while having A LOT of fun!
Get into shape, while incorporating some ballet inspired dance moves. Barre Fitness is a low impact, high energy class that will assist you in developing your core strength, while building lean muscle.
If you haven’t tried pilates, now is your time. This workout is highly effective and will help you develop your strength, core, coordination and balance. This class will show you how to control your breathing and movements to focus on developing each muscle to transform your body!
In tap we use our feet to create unique rhythms and sounds! The class will focus on rhythm, coordination and musicality – all while getting you in shape ;).
